14-page spiral-bound flip book promoting Kaiser Permanente.This book was part of an 8-week “Maintain Don’t Gain” program that educated members on how to watch their weight during the holidays. While developing the concept for an object that would help people eat well, I was inspired by a nutrition program I had recently completed where I had to mix and match food from different groups to build a balanced meal. Users of this book can flip through proteins, vegetables and grains to discover healthy combinations (with veggies filling half the plate). On the back of each food item’s panel are recipe and serving ideas.
