I’m originally from New York where I got my BFA at School of Visual Arts. From there, I moved to LA to get my MFA at CalArts and after experiencing how amazing winter could be without having to scrape ice off of windshields, I was sold and I’ve been here ever since.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have a varied career in design—I’ve worked from small studios to large corporations for clients ranging from the academic to small business to automotive to healthcare and many more!
As a designer, I think design should be functional but also should take opportunities to delight the user. In my process, I value collaboration, strategy and research before putting pen to paper. I consider myself an information organizer. And in case you didn’t look at my work before clicking on this page, I appreciate a clean, simple aesthetic with lots of color!
Currently, I’m a freelance designer & illustrator. Previously, I worked as a designer and art director at Kaiser Permanente, Saputo Design, AdamsMorioka, Mattel and Disney among other places.
