This set of cards was developed as an internal tool to strengthen project partnerships. The 7“C”s—Creative, Collaborative, Confident, Calm, Curious, Caring and Coffee—are all important things to “show up” with in the working environment. Each card provides tips on how to be successful with each one (“coffee” was thrown in for good measure and represents how to show up with energy). As an internal tool, the design was a departure from our usual brand and meant to be a fun, fresh visual that team members could hang up next to their desks for inspiration and reminders.
The card designs were also developed into screen savers, monthly emails, and “thank you” notes.
